Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us at hello@noradesignldn.com to receive the return address and instructions. Kindly include your order number in the email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Sale and final-sale items cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if needed.
